iOS App Store Review Information

Booking And Payment Help

Bahr supports bookings in EGP with checkout visibility for stay dates, guest count, fees, add-on services, and payment method availability. Payment methods may include Paymob card checkout, Paymob wallet checkout, secure payment links, cash on arrival, Vodafone Cash, bank transfer, and InstaPay.

For booking changes, refund questions, failed payments, or disputes, contact support with your booking number, phone number, and the chalet name.

Account And Data Deletion

You can request account deletion or personal data deletion from the app support chat or by emailing privacy@bahr.ltd. Include the phone number or email connected to your Bahr account so we can verify ownership.

Deletion requests are reviewed within 30 days unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, completed transactions, financial records, tax obligations, or legal compliance.
